For the 2017 First-Generation College Celebration, Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC) created and distributed a video of first-generation students, faculty and staff at KVCC. It was very well recieved! 

 

 

Continuing with the tradition of celebrating the first-generation student/graduate identity, for the 2018 First-Generation College Celerbation the above video was redistributed and KVCC held a "First Gen Fill Up" day where any first-generation student received a free coffee at any cafe on both KVCC campuses!
