2020 First-Generation College Celebration
While the University of San Francisco (USF) community is dispersed, the Muscat Scholars are committed to celebrating the #ImFirstatUSFCA together virtually. The following events are planned and all in the community are invited.
- Launch of Tableau Dashboard for first-generation class rosters
- Launch of Faculty Learning Community website
- Zine and Heard: Self Authorship and Storytelling for first-generation students, faculty, and staff at USF
- MSP Social Club Meeting
- First-gen Community Game Night
2019 First-Generation College Celebration
Last year, the University of San Francisco hosted an art/activist space to invite first-gen students and their allies to learn about the lived experience of first-generation college students at USF. The Muscat Scholars Program released the first first-generation enamel pin to attendees.
