BIO: Bailey Titus

Bailey Titus (she/her/they/them) serves as a research and data associate with the Center for First-generation Student Success. Before joining the team at NASPA, Bailey served as a graduate institutional research data analyst at Lewis & Clark College and Warner Pacific University. Prior to her work in institutional research, Bailey served as a student accessibility counselor and residence life administrator. Bailey’s student affairs background informs her passion for ethical data stewardship and developing institution-wide data governance practices.

Bailey earned a B.A. in History from Seattle University in 2018 and an M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Lewis & Clark College in 2023. In their free time, Bailey enjoys making sourdough bread, foraging for fruit in their neighborhood, and making dried floral art. Bailey lives in Portland, Oregon with her partner and two cats.
