Jennifer Warden

Jennifer Warden serves as the director for growth and strategic partnerships at FirstGen Forward. Prior to joining the FGF team, Jenn worked to address systemic issues in the capital markets as a founding partner of The Shareholder Commons and previously as chief of staff and global partnerships director for B Lab, the nonprofit behind the B Corp movement. She is a graduate of Yale University and lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband Geordie, who coaches first generation college graduates into better jobs, and their two young children, Jack and Nellie.
