Keara Richardson, M.P.P.

Keara Richardson (they/them/she/her) serves as a research and data associate with the Center for First-generation Student Success. Keara joined the Center for First-generation Student Success in 2023.

Prior to joining NASPA, Keara worked as freelance education data consultant for UnidosUS and as a senior associate for data and analytics at Springboard Collaborative. Keara strives to promote equitable learning outcomes for all students of every background.

Keara earned her B.A. in international studies with a minor in history from Xavier University and an M.P.P. from the University of Maryland.
