Megan Stone

Megan Stone serves as the Assistant Vice President for Growth and Operations with FirstGen Forward and has been with the organization since November 2022. With a proven track record of strategic leadership, Megan oversees initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for the organization. Prior to joining FGF, Megan served as Chief of Staff and Director of Advancement Operations at IDEA Public Schools, where she spearheaded the creation and development of the organization's Advancement Operations function, establishing a foundation for sustainable success. Megan holds a degree from Texas A&M University and is proud to call Austin, TX home. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, Dustin, and their golden retriever, June.
