Radomir Ray Mitic, Ph.D.

Dr. Radomir Ray Mitic (he/him/his) is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education at the University of North Dakota where he teaches in the master's and doctoral programs. Dr. Mitic's program of research centers on the equitable outcomes of higher education at the local, national, and international levels. His recent work on outcomes includes post-college civic engagement and graduate aspirations, enrollment, and attainment. Current projects include first-generation college student success, promoting equity within the space science ecosystem, the intersection of racial climate and mental health in doctoral education, and college student-athlete wellbeing.
