Bio: Terra Molengraff

Terra Molengraff is a current doctoral student in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She has a master's degree in Higher Education and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. While at the University of Michigan, Terra served as a success coach and assisted in the development and coordination of first-generation efforts across the institution.

Currently, she is serving as a graduate assistant with Dr. Rashné Jehangir coordinating the First-Generation Institute at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, a day-long conference focused on bringing together key stakeholders at the institution as it relates to supporting first-generation students.

Her research interests are student development, identity development, and the ways structural inequality shapes the experience of higher education.
