2020 First-Generation College Celebration

Student Success & Outreach Programs at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) will host First Generation College Student week! This virtual celebration will take place from Monday, November 9, 2020 through Friday, November 13, 2020. This will be an opportunity to build community with fellow first-generation CSUCI students, faculty, and staff. The week-long celebration will feature keynote speakers, workshops, activities, and panel discussions.

2019 First-Generation College Celebration

California State University Channel Islands will be hosting our 2nd Annual First-Generation College Student Day Celebration on Tuesday, November 5. The celebration allows students, faculty, staff, and administrators to come together and learn about first-generation resources, build community through food and games, and celebrate the successes of our first-generation college students and community.
