2023 First-Generation College Celebration
Nov. 6-10 is Fearless First Week at Mount Holyoke! During this week, we will celebrate first-generation and low-income students, faculty, and staff. Sponsored by the Office of Community and Belonging, FLIP, and First Gen Network, this week includes tabling in Blanchard with stickers, buttons, treats, and workshops focused on pre-health, internships, and Lynk. In honor of National First Gen Day on Nov. 8, we will host the Fearless First Mixer/ Dinner for all students, faculty, and staff!
2018 First-Generation College Celebration
Mount Holyoke College will be providing a wellness program for first-generation college students under the BeWell Initiatives. Additionally, faculty, staff, and students will share instagram stories. Also, faculty and staff will be invited to identify and/or support first-generation students to put up decal stickers that say "I Am Proud To Be A #FearlessFirst" and "I Support #Fearless First".
