Reedley College- State Center Community College District's First-Generation College Celebration

For the 2017 First-Generation College Celebration, Reedley College distributed "I'm First" stickers to first-generaiton students.

In an effort to grow the 2018 First-Generation College Celebration, TRIO Programs from Reedley College set up a booth in the quad area distributing “I’m First to Attend College” buttons to help students celebrate the first-generation student identity and support this important step into realizing their college dream. Additionally, there was "I'm First to Graduate College" and "First-Gen Advocate" buttons. The highlight event was a panel of Reedley College First-Generation Professionals and two First-Generation Students who are shared their stories.
