Saint Mary’s College of California's First-Generation College Celebration

This is the first year that Saint Mary’s joined the celebration: students from the High Potential (HP) program gathered for an evening of celebration, connection, and deep discussions about the first-generation experience. Students proudly wore “I’m First” pins and broke out into group Q&A sessions, then shared stories about their first-generation experiences. Several students also shared their experience, and those can be viewed here. Saint Mary's looks forward to growing the celebration for 2019!
