2017 First-Generation College Celebration

Last year, St. Louis Community College, Forest Park canvased the campus with "I am first" post cards. In an effort to raise awareness, on the backside of that card was a first-generation college student definition. 

2018 First-Generation College Celebration

This year, St. Louis Community College, Forest Park is hosting a symposium consisting of TRiO alum, faculty and staff who identify as first-generation college students or graduates. During the symposium, they will share their experiences with current SSS participants, staff and faculty across campus.
