FirstGen Forward is seeking an experienced Grants Director with a track record of results to join its Growth Team. The ideal candidate will be a mission-aligned, excellent writer with experience in all phases of the grant process: prospecting for new opportunities, writing applications, and managing the grant lifecycle timeline from pre-award through post-award. This is a fully remote position; candidates may be located anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
