2023 First-Generation College Celebration

The TRIO SSS program at Kutztown University is having a First-Gen Fest on November 8th which will included a First Gen Star Walk showcasing Faculty, Staff, current students and TRIO program alumni that are stars. These boards will be featured on a walk leading into the Rohrbach Library where First-Gen students will get cupcakes.

Current TRIO SSS program students will have an exclusive gathering in the TRIO lounge of the office along with TRIO Upward Bound students who will be visiting campus. This will include food, games, and other activities.

At 5pm all First-Gen students campus wide are invited to a movie night with food and snacks for a showing of Super Mario Bros. We are also celebrating the TRIO program existing at KU for 30 years.
